Washington State TU Annual Council Meeting - Saturday October 14th 2023 in person or hybrid-virtual meeting. Registration (tickets) are FREE for the in-person but you do need to register here by clicking on 'Tickets' so we have an accurate head count for lunch.
To attend the meeting virtually please ONLY register for the virtual portion of this meeting by emailing <council@washingtontu.org> and tell us you want to attend virtually.
You will be sent the link to attend after we receive your email.
Please do not register HERE, as that will only confuse the lunch count for us.
Leaders, please plan to attend this important state meeting with Volunteers from around the state. We will be honoring our Award Winners for their incredible volunteerism and efforts towards growing the TU mission; voting on officers and a new NLC representative and on our updated Strategic Plan.
Volunteer leaders from every chapter and the council are encouraged to attend and MUST be in "Good Standing" to vote as our bylaws require and we must have 50% of chapters voting to meet the required quorum. Chapter leaders, if you cannot make this meeting please appoint two delegates to represent your chapter to vote for you.
Chapters will give an update on what they are doing; council chairs and leaders will also give updates on our programs around the state such as BAT, DEI,Youth Academy, the first Service Partnership event and much much more!
Staff will give a presentation of some of the incredible work they are doing in our state!
