Leaders, please plan to attend this important state meeting with Volunteers from around the state. We will be honoring our Award Winners for their incredible volunteerism and efforts towards growing the TU mission; voting in new officers and appointing a few new committee chairs. After the meeting we invite you to take a field trip to see The Icicle TU chapter's Blackbird Island project. It's a great project revitalization. TU Staff Director Crystal Elliot will be on hand to give a presentations of some of the incredible work our staff is doing around the state and Alexei Calambokidis will talk about what's happening in Olympia and the upcoming Legislative Day for 2026.
Volunteer leaders from every chapter and the council are encouraged to attend and MUST be in "Good Standing" to vote as our bylaws require and we must have 50% of chapters voting to meet the required quorum. Chapter leaders, if you cannot make this meeting please appoint two delegates to represent your chapter to vote for you.
Chapter Leaders, please pan to give a brief update on what you are doing or have done in 2025; council chairs and leaders will also give updates on our programs around the state such as BAT, White Salmon Spawning Survey, Community Engagement, Youth Academy, and much much more!
There are plenty of hotels in Leavenworth, and if your are looking for a hotel that has been supportive of TU local efforts try booking at Hotel Pension Anna which is right in the heart of downtown and donated to the local Icicle TU Chapter's current project. There is also RV and tent camping available in the area. We invite you to come Friday night for pre-func @ "Steins" 6-8pm, it's just a get together to meet up and chat with TU folks on your own tab, <https://www.steinleavenworth.com> and plan to do some fishing on the Icicle River while you're in town, so bring your gear!
