The Virginia Council of Trout Unlimited would like to invite you to attend a brief meeting on Saturday, January 14 at 12:30 p.m. at the Virginia Fly Fishing and Wine Festival to discuss the re-launch of the Capital Chapter, which serves the Richmond and surrounding areas.
