Every River Needs A Champion and you can help!

Please join the supporters and members of Shenandoah Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited as we survey road crossings on local trout streams to determine whether they are barriers to trout moving up and downstream. This event is free and open to all whether you're a member or not! Feel free to register and bring friends, colleagues, and family members.

What to bring: Work gloves, waders or muck boots or other appropriate footwear, water, snacks, sunscreen and bug spray. Although not necessary for everyone, a GPS unit is helpful if you have one.

We will provide: All survey equipment - stadia rods, laser distance meters, measuring tapes, safety vests - as well as directions/coordinates for the locations of road-stream crossings we intend to visit and survey.
