Tree Planting with TreeUtah and Stonefly Society at Wasatch Hollow
Spend the morning with friends and neighbors to celebrate and protect a special place we all love!
Join TreeUtah and TU's Stonefly Society on April 30. 2022 from 9am until done (by noon at latest) at Wasatch Hollow Park & Preserve in Salt Lake City. We will be planting trees along Emigration Creek.
Meet near the Pavilion and parking is available in a Lot off 1700 South or along 17th East/Bryan Avenue and also along 16th East.
Tree planting events are a great way to engage the entire family - so bring out your kids and grandkids and help teach them the importance of working together as a community to care for and recover our rivers and streams.
Volunteers should bring/have closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty, and water. You can bring your own shovel if you would like or shovels/tools will be provided.
