There's nothing better than joining friends and neighbors to take care of a river we all love!
Join TU's Lakeshore Chapter Saturday, April 22nd from 9am-12pm for our Earth Day tree planting event on the Onion River.
Tree planting events are a great way to engage the entire family - so bring out your kids and grandkids and help teach them the importance of working together as a community to care for and recover our rivers and streams.

We'll plant over 75 small trees on public property to begin the replacement of ash trees lost to Emerald Ash Borer. All trees, tools and equipment will be provided.
Bring work gloves, weather appropriate clothes and footwear. If you want to bring your own shovel, please do so but we will have shovels on hand.
