Salmon on Sunset

Join the Three Rivers Chapter of Trout Unlimited at the Salmon on Sunset Celebration at the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery! Stop by our booth to learn how we're working to restore and protect local rivers, streams, and salmon habitat throughout the Snoqualmie and Sammamish watersheds.

Whether you're an experienced angler or just curious about conservation, we'd love to meet you. Throughout the day we'll be offering free fly casting demonstrations, where you can learn the basics of casting, improve your technique, or simply give it a try with guidance from our volunteers.

While you're there, enjoy everything Salmon on Sunset has to offer, including live music, food trucks, family activities, community booths, arts and crafts, the famous Rubber Duck Derby, and the opportunity to watch salmon returning to the hatchery on their incredible spawning journey. The event is free and open to all ages.
