PSWOTF - Women's Fly Tying 10-12 Avid Angler

We'll be tying a Walt's Worm and a Sexy Walt's nymph pattern at The Avid Angler. We'll start at 10am!  Bring your coffee! 

(THIS IS A WOMEN'S ONLY EVENT)

New this year! Fly tying costs $10 to help pay for fly tying materials & the fee we're charged by our vendor program. We'll be providing material packets for everyone to use. 

We are capping fly tying events at 20 participants.  If you sign up and then you cannot make it, PLEASE cancel by emailing swootenonthefly@gmail.com so that we can allow a participant in your place. 

We welcome all skill levels, first time tiers included! We have vices and tools available to borrow, but please bring your own vice if you have one. We'll be providing materials for everyone to use but encourage you to bring tools if you have your own. The format includes an introduction to the fly and step by step instructions on how to tie it.

• Vice
• Scissors
• Bobbin
• Whip finisher
• Bright orange thread - UV if you have it
• cream colored dubbing
• gold tinsel
• small gauge wire
• nymph hooks 

The Avid Angler is in the Lake Forest Park Town Center and there is a giant parking lot that’s pretty busy but it’s easy to find parking with a little patience.
