Please use this sign-up if you're planning to camp in the group camp! If you want to join in on the fun but want other accommodations, please see the other event registration for the Non-Group Camp (this will help us know you're coming and send you all of the information).
We are limiting the number of participants for the group camp as there is limited space. Sign-ups will also close September 12th to allow us time to plan and get enough food. If you find out you are unable to make it please let us know ASAP, and please consider your payment as a donation!
We're excited to announce our 3rd Annual Caddis Camp on the Yak (yes, it's had another name change)!
We'll spend the weekend camping at Whispering Pines RV Park and fishing the Yakima River around Cle Elum! We have the group site reserved at Whispering Pines, which we can pack quite a few people into with cars and tents (we can fit a few RV's in but it will be limited). The group site only has one porta-potty and a pit toilet across the road. We do have access to the main part of the RV park that has indoor toilets and showers, which is about a mile down the road.
General Itinerary for the weekend:
Friday: Check-in starts at 2 p.m. Someone will be there to direct you at that time. We will have a welcome get-together starting at 7 p.m. with intros and hot chocolate, tea, and cookies. For anyone looking for a group to fish with on Saturday, we will figure out group assignments.
Saturday: Group photo in the morning. DIY Fishing for the day! We will help everyone find groups and provide a map with fishing spots in the area.
Saturday PM: We will provide dinner at the campsite and we will do some raffles! Raffle will start at 8 p.m. and tickets are $5.
Sunday: Pack up campsite by noon, feel free to fish some more before heading home.
Crow Creek Fly Shop in Roslyn will be open all weekend and will be providing a discount for participants, please stop by and see Sharyn and Marley for flies and any needs you have!
