This is Part 2 of a 2 Part effort helping cut, haul and plant willow stakes in the AMA
- We need 6 volunteers registered for this.
- NOTE, this page will only sign you up for Part 2. If you wish to sign up for Part 1 as well, go to that registration page.
What Will We Do?
- From 12N to 1PM we'll eat lunch provided by the Hiawatha and TCTU chapters.
- From 1PM to 3PM we'll cut, haul and plant willow stakes under the direction of Dr. Jennifer Beidermann, MNTU's Habitat Director.
What To Bring
- A willingness to work hard
- Waders
- Heavy work gloves
- Water!
What Will Be Provided
- Equipment cutting, hauling and planting the willow stakes
- Lunch before the work
Where To Park
Per the landowner's request, park on the shoulder of Highway 7 & not in the AMA lot
