Our May workday will be a continuation of the dead ash tree removal that we have been doing the past few months. Weather permitting we will put about three to four hours hours of work in cutting dead ash trees near the river, removing river blockages caused by fallen trees and cleaning up/repairing damaged fish structures. This is an on-going effort for our Chapter as we are the primary maintenance team on this popular fishing stream. Drinks, lunch and all equipment including safety equipment is provided. Bring your own work gloves, boots, and weather appropriate work clothes.
Start time is 9am. We will meet at the Winooski Dr. parking lot just east of the Onion River.
