Please join the supporters and members of Southern Wisconsin Chapter of Trout Unlimited as we clean up and make the habitat better along Deer Creek. This event is free and open to all whether you're a member or not! Feel free to register and bring friends, colleagues, and family members.

SWTU Workday

Saturday, November 14

Deer Creek, Mt. Vernon, Dane County

State Hwy 92

Time: 9am to 12 noon (sawyers that have completed a chainsaw safety course please arrive at 8:30, if needed we can provide a chainsaw and safety equipment).

Where: Deer Creek in Mt. Vernon, WI, near Pop's Knoll Park on State Highway 92

What
: We will be continuing our work at this site near Pop's Knoll Park with James Brodzeller.

Bring: Be sure to bring safety glasses. If you forget we have extra that you can use. We want everyone to wear them. Also work gloves, sturdy shoes, ear protection, and reusable water bottles that can be re-filled from our 5-gal water jug. Stay hydrated.

Parking: Look for our trailer near Pop's Knoll Park.
