March 2023 Yakima Fly Fishers' Association / TU #094 Meeting

The March chapter meeting will be on March 16^th at 7:00 pm at Magic’s Pizza in Selah.  Bob Rose will be discussing the current use of models in fisheries management.

Bob Rose has worked for the US Forest Service, the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs and more recently with the Yakama Nation Fisheries Resources Management Program.  Much of this work was associated with modeling, particularly the development and use of the Ecosystem Diagnosis and Treatment model in various watersheds.  Others from the Yakama Nation fisheries program are expected to join Bob in this discussion with the Yakima Fly Fishers Association.
