TCTU is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Hastings Environmental Protectors! The HEP does work in the Vermillion and Trout Brook Watersheds, and we will be collaborating with them on Habitat projects.
The first event is tending a pollinator garden at Old Mill Park in Hastings on June 26 from 6-8 pm. This section of the watershed is not in the DNR-designated trout area, but we know that trout have little respect for boundaries.
HEP are looking for a total of 5 volunteers to do this work. Click on the "Get Tickets" on the dates page to get to a Google Form to register for the project. You will fill in some basic info on page 1, and then please scroll way down on page 2 until you get to the June 26 project and click to sign up for that. Please contact Joe Beattie of HEP at 651-208-3276 if you have questions.
