The CVTU Winter Series comes to its conclusion April 14, with a presentation by Champlain Lakekeeper Julie Silverman. What's a "Lakekeeper"? Think of Julie's role as a kind of "Lorax for the Lake," an important focus of the Conservation Law Foundation.
