You are invited to our first brewery fly-tying evening.
Where: Brewery 44, 2 Montello Street (Just off Rt. 58),
Carver, MA 02330
When: Wednesday, June 5th, 2024 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm
Chapter member Ed Braun will be leading the fly-tying of three salt-
water flies:
Clauser Minnow
Clauser Half and Half
Flat Wings choose cither the Rhody Sand Eel or the Mult-wing Surf fly
or perhaps both?
Members are encouraged to bring their own fly-tying vice,
tools and materials including hooks #1/0, white bucktail.
chartreuse bucktail, and white thread. The Chapter will
have some vices and fly-tying kits and materials on hand
for anyone who does not have their own.
Brewery 44 has many of their own craft beers and other
beverages available as well as pizza and sandwiches from
their kitchen.
If you have not been able to get to our Tuesday mectings,
please join us. We are looking forward to seeing many of
you at this new SEMATU event.
