WYTU Camo at the Capitol

This year, Wyoming Trout Unlimited (WYTU) is aiming to make a significant impact at Camo at the Capitol. Hosted by our partners the  Wyoming Wildlife Federation, this annual event empowers hunters and anglers to exercise their public voice.

As we work to protect Wyoming’s cold-water fisheries, it is more important than ever that our elected officials hear directly from us. Participants will gain an understanding of the legislative process and get the opportunity to communicate with lawmakers.

Join us for the following events:

• Wednesday, Feb 4 | 6:00 PM (Zoom): Volunteer Prep Meeting TU Wyoming Government Relations Director Patrick Harrington will review key policy topics to ensure we are aligned and prepared.

• Wednesday, Feb 11 | 6:00 PM: Camo Social at Blacktooth Brewing Join us as you arrive in town! WYTU is hosting an evening social to help you connect and collaborate with fellow outdoorsmen and women.

• Thursday, Feb 12: Camo at the Capitol

  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Civics and Citizen Lobby Training

  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Capitol Tour and Committee Meetings

  • 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Sportsmen's Legislative Reception
