Wyoming Women's Fly Fishing and SASS Self Defense Class

Empowerment starts with knowing your worth—and knowing how to protect it. Join us for an intensive, hands-on self-Defense course designed specifically for women and girls.

This class bridges the gap between physical readiness and mental toughness. You will train with experienced instructors to recognize, prevent, and escape the most common threats to your safety—ranging from simple wrist grabs to complex strangulation scenarios. Leave the class with practical skills, heightened awareness, and leave you with confidence to fish alone on.
