Women's Intro to Fly Tying

This class is for women interested in learning the basic techniques of fly tying.  There will be 2 hours of instruction on the various tools and skills needed to properly attach different materials to a hook.  After some basic instruction, you will move on to tie some actual flies you can use on your next fishing trip.  The final hour will be for some practice tying and one on one guidance.  The class will be lead by Chris Kokorda, longtime head instructor of the Orvis Cape Cod Fly Fishing School.  All tools, materials and everything needed will be supplied, you just have to show up!  The class is free, but limited to 20 spots, so registration is required.  Coffee, bagels and muffins will be served.  No experience is necessary!

Chris Kokorda has spent 17+ years as a Flyfishing professional.  He is a full-time wading guide, private casting instructor and custom fly tyer.
