5RTU is looking forward to hosting more Women of 5RTU events this year. We have events planned for each month of the year, including winter educational events, spring skills/learning events and summer/fall “fish-alongs” including a campout.
To kick things off, please join us for a fun and informal Meet and Mingle at 4pm on Saturday, January 11, at Union Social House. Come meet and mingle with other women anglers, share your fish stories and pictures, see what events are planned for the year (including in January), and please share your ideas on what topics you would like to learn more about, and which events you would like to participate in or help with.
We are pleased to have Kara Armano, President of the Five Rivers Chapter of Trout Unlimited (5RTU) here in Southwest Colorado, join us! She will be on hand to share information, update us on 2025 5RTU events/volunteer opportunities, and share her thoughts (and listen to your thoughts!) on Women of 5RTU.
