Help our friends at the Wilton Land Trust plant trees at their newly acquired 183 Ridgefield Road property! The Mianus Chapter made a significant contribution to the purchase of this land a few years ago. Help us bring the American Chestnut Tree back from the brink. Using a special genetically hardened variety of chestnut tree, researchers have had success bringing back this once long gone species affected by blight.
Bring a pair of gloves, a shovel, and plenty of water and help us plant some trees!
