West 6th Farm Casting Clinic

Often, the cast is the hardest, most intimidating part of learning to fly fish.  Well, Bluegrass Trout Unlimited is here to help!! At our annual Casting Clinic we will break down the different parts of a fly rod, the mechanics behind rod weights and lengths, and offer an hour of casting instruction per class.  This is a fun, family-friendly event (everyone should learn to fly fish!) proudly hosted by West Sixth Farm.  They have a beautiful piece of property right outside of Frankfort with cold beverages for all ages, a food truck, walking trails, two ponds, and even a disc golf course.  So get ready to learn, have a blast, and feel more confident on the water!!!
