Join Bluegrass Trout Unlimited and Nerd Babes Co. for a trash cleanup at Veteran's Park of West Hickman Watershed!
This is a perfect opportunity to do your part in keeping your community clean and beautiful! Adults and children of all ages are welcome to participate. Volunteers will be supplied with all necessary items for collecting litter around the park (trash bags and gloves) and we will also have high visibility vests for kids to wear, and a limited amount of grabber sticks as well as five gallon buckets. We suggest wearing the tallest waterproof boots you can find or water shoes if you plan to clean the creek itself (but you can just clean up around the park if you don't want to get in the creek).

Parking: If you come in the main entrance of Veteran's Park (by the tank), drive past the baseball fields and park close to the "picnic shelter 1" Walk across the bridge and turn right and you will see a sign for the BGTU outdoor classroom!
