Volunteers Needed! Allen Creek Tree Planting

Anglers, river stewards, and neighbors - join us as we care for and enjoy Allen Creek with a streamside tree planting in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service. 

Planting trees along our community rivers and streams is one of the best ways to improve water quality and habitat, reduce air pollution and combat climate change. It’s also a fun and meaningful activity to do with your friends and loved ones.
  
Planting tools and supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring gloves or extra tools if you wish. We recommend that participants bring bug spray, sturdy shoes or muck boots, and water. We will have some drinks and snacks for volunteers, but please bring a sack lunch if you'd like. 

This event is family-friendly. All are welcome!

For directions, please enter 46.008070, -88.721160 into Google Maps or other navigation systems. We will meet off of Gaspardo Road. Our start time is 10AM Central. Stay as long or as little as you'd like.
