Volunteer Opportunity: Help Kids Learn to Fly Fish

Who: You—our volunteers
What: Support students as they learn the basics of fly fishing
When: Monday, May 5 | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Where: Julius Kleiner Park Ponds
Why: Because it’s a lot of fun—and a great experience for the kids

What to Bring:
Snacks, water, hat, sunglasses, and weather-appropriate clothing. The club will provide rods and gear. Please wear your vest or lanyard to help students identify you as a volunteer.

Each year, Trout Unlimited and the Woolly Buggers partner with the North Junior High PE program to take students fly fishing. This year, we expect 50–75 students to participate in the field trip.

Additional details will be emailed to volunteers who RSVP prior to the event.
