Blythe will be presenting her Clean Water Services research on eDNA monitoring and assessing thermal barriers to fish movement in the Tualatin River.
Increases in Coho DNA concentration lagged fish counts over Willamette Falls by about one week, suggesting Coho enter the Tualatin River not long after navigating the falls. Migration occurred after temperatures of the Tualatin River dropped below 20 degrees Centigrade, with increases in DNA concentration after the river temperature dropped below 19 degrees.
