TN Council Meeting

Please join us for the spring meeting of the Tennessee Council of Trout Unlimited on April 19, 2025

The Tennessee Council of Trout Unlimited will hold a virtual meeting via Zoom on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

A detailed agenda will be shared soon, but key topics will include voting on the council's budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year and receiving updates on various initiatives, including the John Thurman Trout Adventure Camp, Trout in the Classroom, and chapter activities. Mark Spangler, our National Leadership Council (NLC) Representative, will also provide a national-level update. Additionally, we will discuss and vote on proposed changes to the Conservation Grant Program.

Elections will also be held during this meeting. Mark Spangler is completing his final term as NLC Representative, and a replacement must be identified. Other positions up for election include Chair (Ryan Turgeon), Vice Chair (Mike Kesselring), and Treasurer (Hunter Turgeon). We are also seeking a Secretary for the Council. If you are interested or know someone who might be, please contact Ryan Turgeon. Filling this role is a priority, and we encourage anyone willing to step up.
