Please join us for the fall meeting of the Tennessee Council of Trout Unlimited on December 7, 2024
A meeting of the Tennessee Council of Trout Unlimited will be held via Zoom on Saturday, December 7, 2024 starting at 9 a.m. Eastern time.
A detailed agenda will be shared with participants soon, but we anticipate an update on the council's budget for this fiscal year. The council will receive reports on various activities, including updates from the John Thurman Trout Adventure Camp, Trout in the Classroom, and chapter initiatives. Mark Spangler, the National Leadership Council Representative, will also present a national-level report. Additionally, we will hear from Mike Ables and Pearson King on the Conservation Grant Program and vote on proposed changes to the grant process and scoring criteria.
Jeff Wright, Southern Appalachians Project Manager for Trout Unlimited, will also update us on the status of TU's national projects in our region.
