Two Sessions with multiple framing questions the Summit. Both Sessions will be addressed by each of our Presenters in their formal presentations.  Each presenter will provide a formal ~ 30-minute presentation addressing Session 1 and a ~20-minute presentation addressing Session 2.

SESSION 1: Who do I say I am and who do you say I should be?

1. Our Mission Statement – origins and intent
2. How our mission statement translates to our program areas 
3. What our key initiatives are for each program area and how they enable/reflect our Mission 
4. Our greatest needs and challenges in executing our Mission 
5. Program Area Prioritization Aspirations: What program areas and/or initiatives do agencies and their users wish we emphasized more or emphasized less 
6. How we can work together to overcome our challenges to achieve our Missions 

SESSION 2: Looking Ahead – The Changing Angler Dynamic and Our Mission

1. What role does angling play in your organization's mission and how does angling influence your Mission implementation? 
2. What do you know about angler expectations and behaviors? 
3. What are the most important gaps in your knowledge of angler behaviors and their impact on the coldwater resource? 
4. What angling groups/opportunities/demands do you see growing and which are not? 
5. How can we work together to fill these gaps?
