Often there is mystery around what working with youth really is or means. If we take a
moment to reflect on what kids (ages 5 to 95) need from the adults in their lives, the secret
mission is not so secret after all. The importance of your role as a Trout Unlimited volunteer in this mission will become Clear (with a capital C).

Learn how to build connections and community by
making intentional choices and fostering curiosity and creativity. When conflict is seen as a growth opportunity and there is commitment to the bigger mission of this work, you will be well on your way to being a Champion (bigger capital C!) in the lives of youth.

Join seasoned educator and consultant Kim Aycock (www.kimaycock.com) in a lively session about how to involve the next generation in our conservation work.

This special Headwaters youth training is being brought to you by the TU NLC's Youth Education Work Group! We hope you will join us.
