Summer Slam On-Line Auction 2024

The Brodhead Chapter #289 Trout Unlimited has worked to preserve and protect the cold-water fisheries of the Poconos since 1977.  Through educational outreach, habitat-improvement projects, collaborative relationships and community advocacy, the chapter strives to ensure future generations will be able to enjoy fishing for native and wild trout throughout the Pocono region. 

All of these chapter activities require some level of funding and this auction experience is one method the chapter uses to raise the needed funds. This year, chapter volunteers repaired deflectors in Cherry Creek and are engaged in two small projects on Yankee Run within Pocono Heritage Land Trust's Yankee Run Nature Preserve. Additionally, the chapter funds six Trout In The Classroom programs in our local school districts.
