Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes the perfect moment to gather as a community and celebrate another successful year for our Chapter. As we look ahead to an exciting season of conservation work and time on the water in 2026, we hope you’ll join us for an evening that honors our shared commitment to the watershed. This year marks the 53rd anniversary of our Chapter, a milestone made possible only through the dedication and generosity of supporters like you. Your presence at the banquet helps fuel the projects, partnerships, and youth programs that keep our mission thriving. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and share a memorable night together. Thank you for all you do for our streams and our community.

We will be holding this year's event at the Church of the Good Shepherd Social Hall in Port Matilda. It’s a bright, comfortable space that sets the perfect tone for an evening of good food, good company, and shared purpose. We think you’ll really enjoy the atmosphere once you step inside.  If you haven't been there before please enter through one of the main entrances on either the east or west side and look for our registration table.

Join us at 5:30 PM for social time to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. Take your time to explore the exciting raffles and auction prizes and enjoy some snacks and free wine and beer. The locally based Bonfire Old Fashoned BBQ will cater the event this year. Their buffet dinner will commence around 7:00 PM, followed by the awards program, live auction, and drawings, starting after dessert at approximately 8:00 PM and concluding by 9:00 PM.

Please take advantage of the discounted early registration tickets and register by March 1st. 

We will have tables of eight. If a group of eight or fewer wishes to sit together, the best option is for one person to sign up for all the tickets and list the other members as guests. Alternatively, each individual or couple in the group can purchase their tickets separately and indicate in the comments whom they would like to sit with. We will do our best to accommodate all seating requests.

Similar to last year, we will conduct our silent auctions and sweepstakes online. The live auction, bucket raffles and other drawings will continue to be in person. Although the silent auction bidding will be online, you will be able to collect your auction winnings at the end of the evening. Sweepstakes entries for the Thomas & Thomas Avant II rod with Battenkill Disc reel and Scientific Anglers fly line will close at the dinner, but the prize winner will not be announced until Wednesday, March 25th due to PA gaming regulations.
