The Seth Green Chapter of Trout Unlimited along with the TU NY State Council Youth Education program are sponsoring a Free Teen Fly Fishing Day!
We are looking for boys & girls ages 13-18 that are interested in learning more about fly fishing & conservation. This one day event will provide the youth lessons on fly tying, fly casting, entomology, ecology and conservation with an afternoon of fly fishing on the water on Oatka Creek.
A NYS fishing license will be required for youth ages 16 or older ($5.00 for the day).
All Fly Fishing & Fly tying equipment will be provided along with one-on-one instruction on Oatka Creek.
Waders & boots will be provided. This is a catch and release only fly fishing program.
Fully insured by Trout Unlimited.
Free Trout Unlimited membership & hat for participants.
