Join us at Orvis Darien for the return of our monthly chapter gatherings!
These meetings are free and open to all whether you're a member or not! - Feel free to bring friends, colleagues, and family members.
Doors open at 6 p.m. with refreshments and networking. The presentations typically start at around 6:30 p.m. following brief remarks and updates from the chapter.
Stop by for a drink and snacks, a chance to win something in our monthly raffle, and listen to one of our great presenters!
These events are a great opportunity to meet fellow anglers and conservationists, as well as learn a thing or two about local fishing opportunities and exciting projects we're working on!
This month, Chapter Coordinator Gerald Berrafati will present on two major habitat restoration projects completed by the Chapter this summer. We've been busy removing dams on the Comstock Brook - a native Brook Trout stream and building over 1/2 mile of deep pool and riffle habitat on the Norwalk River. Plus, get a sneak peak at an exciting project to completely transform the Mianus River in Stamford during the summer of 2024.
