This is a training for volunteers in the NC Sedimentation Survey program. Participants will meet in front of the AK Hinds University Center at Western Carolina University at 3 pm. From there, we will travel to a nearby trail and learn how to use the Survey123 app and the survey protocol to document sedimentation issues.
After completion of the training, participants are asked to do at least an additional 2 survey days on their own time.
To protect the health and safety of everyone, masks will be required.
