2-day certification program for scouts seeking certification for a Scouts of America Fly Fishing Merit Badge. Sponsored by the Wood-Pawcatuck Watershed Association and conducted by volunteers from Rhode Island TU and other like-minded organizations. Scouts enrolled in this program are typically from Rhode Island and surrounding states - CT, NY, MA
We are seeking 15 volunteers to support all phases of basic instruction on Fly Fishing & Fly Tying on Day 1 (April 15) at the Wood-Pawcatuck Watershed Association, including catching a trout on Day 2 (April 17) at the Carolina Trout Hatchery.
