Join us April 30–May 2, 2027, as spring comes alive in the Rocky Mountains! Set against the breathtaking backdrop of YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, Colorado, this is your chance to experience mountain fishing, connect with fellow anglers and conservation leaders, and share ideas to advance TU’s mission across the Rockies. This special gathering will also bring together TU volunteers and the next generation of conservation leaders through our partnership with TU Costa 5 Rivers college clubs. Come for the mountains, stay for the community, and leave inspired to make a difference.

How to Book Your Room
- Click the YMCA of the Rockies booking link.
- Enter the group information below:
- Booking ID: EPC896
- Password: 14872281
- Select Book Now.
- Choose your arrival and departure dates and enter the number of adults and children (ages 6–12).
- Select View Details to review nightly rates, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies.
- Select Book to complete your reservation.
The room block defaults to April 29–May 2. Adjust your dates if you plan to stay for a shorter period.
Need Extra Nights?
To arrive early or extend your stay:
- First, book your room online for the event dates.
- Call YMCA Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add nights.
- Have your reservation number ready.
Payment & Confirmation
- A 35% deposit is due to the YMCA when you book.
- Once your deposit is received, the YMCA will email your lodging confirmation and reservation number.
- Payments made to Trout Unlimited or the group leader are separate from your lodging reservation and will not appear on your YMCA confirmation.
