Matt Kulp - GSMNP
We are excited to welcome Matt Kulp as our guest speaker. Matt serves as the Supervisory Fishery Biologist for the National Park Service in Great Smoky Mountains National Park and has spent years leading fisheries research and conservation efforts throughout the park.
Matt will be discussing the incredible fishing opportunities available within the park, the ongoing progress of native brook trout reintroduction efforts, and other important conservation initiatives focused on protecting and restoring the park’s coldwater fisheries.
Whether you enjoy fishing the Smokies, care about native trout conservation, or simply want to learn more about the work being done in one of the nation’s most treasured national parks, this is a meeting you won’t want to miss. We hope to see you there!
Dinner and social time begins at 6:00, the presentation begins at 7:00. We will be providing buffalo wings and cookies for attendees. If you’d prefer something different, food and drinks can be purchased at the deli line downstairs in Food City. Please note that external food is not permitted.
