Welcome back! The Mianus Chapter of Trout Unlimited welcomes members, supporters, and friends to the Lapham Center in New Canaan for our monthly chapter gathering! These meetings are free and open to all whether you're a member or not. Feel free to bring friends, colleagues, and family members.
This month, hear from Matias Claret of SET Fly Fishing to bring a taste of Argentina to our Chapter. His presentation will cover what every angler should know before planning a trip south, with a special focus on Northern Patagonia — a legendary region and true bucket-list destination for fly fishers worldwide. Join us for an evening of stories, insights, and a closer look at what makes Patagonia one of the most unforgettable places to cast a fly.
Doors open at 6 p.m. with light refreshments and networking. The presentations typically start at around 6:30 p.m. following brief remarks and updates from the chapter.

These events are a great opportunity to meet fellow anglers and conservationists, as well as learn a thing or two about local fishing opportunities and the exciting projects we're working on!

Due to ongoing renovations at the Waveny Mansion, we'll be in the Douglas Room at the Lapham Community Center - just a ways down the road past the sports fields and Benko Pool. Easiest access is off Lapham Road!
