October Monthly Gathering

Join us at Waveny Mansion for our monthly chapter gatherings!

These meetings are free and open to all whether you're a member or not! Feel free to bring friends, colleagues, and family members. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with pizza, refreshments, a fun raffle and networking. Presentations typically start at around 7:30 p.m. following brief remarks and updates from the chapter. 

This month, local guide Captain Patrick Huban shares what to expect this fall on the saltwater scene from both shore and boat! Capt. Pat has an intimate knowledge and understanding of our local fishery and environment, especially the Norwalk Islands.

 As a guide, Patrick enjoys sharing his experience with others, from seasoned fly fishers and total newcomers.  His method of guiding is to demystify fly fishing and distill it to its simplest elements: understanding fish and their environments.

Chapter meetings are a great opportunity to meet fellow anglers and conservationists, as well as learn a thing or two about local fishing opportunities and the exciting projects we're working on!
