Welcome back! The Mianus Chapter of Trout Unlimited welcomes members, supporters, and friends to the Waveny Mansion in New Canaan for our monthly chapter gathering!
These meetings are free and open to all whether you're a member or not! - Feel free to bring friends, colleagues, and family members.
Doors open at 6 p.m. with refreshments and networking. The presentations typically start at around 7:00 p.m. following brief remarks and updates from the chapter.
Stop by for a drink and snacks, a chance to win something in our monthly raffle, and listen to one of our great presenters!
These events are a great opportunity to meet fellow anglers and conservationists, as well as learn a thing or two about local fishing opportunities and exciting projects we're working on!
This month, Mianus Chapter coordinator and diehard saltwater angler Gerald Berrafati will present on his fall striper fishing forecast! When he's not taking care of chapter activities and major projects, chances are you'll find Gerald somewhere on the coast chasing stripers. Come learn all about what you need, where to look, and when to fish. Our coastal waters of Fairfield County are home to world class saltwater fishing opportunities right in your backyard!
