Join St Vrain Anglers October 21, 2025, 6:30pm at The Moose for the opening the 2025-2026 Browns and Brews Speaker Series. Pearce Melcher will be presenting on Project Healing Waters.

Project Healing Waters is a nationwide volunteer organization dedicated to helping veterans-in-need to recovery through fly fishing, mentoring, and friendship. The front range has the strongest group of Project Healing Waters Programs including the two largest (Colorado Springs and Denver) and the national headquarters based in Windsor. Pearce Melcher is the head of outreach coordination for the Denver program having volunteered in several other roles in the program over the past 6 years. He’ll be talking about the program, who it’s for, who can help out, and all the fun that comes along with it.
