All girls 11 to 14 years old are welcome to attend Oak Brook Chapter’s complimentary STREAM Girls day of STEM education, recreation and arts designed to give these young scientists, anglers, and artists a picture of the significance and pleasures of a local stream.

Includes stream walk and talk, aquatic insect sampling, fishing with a fly rod and how to make the flies to do it, stream measurements and calculation of stream flows, and stream inspired crafts.

All materials and equipment is furnished.
