NWCTU(Northwest Chapter) Membership meeting
Join us on January 4th, Tuesday Evening, at 7:30 pm at the NWCSA Clubhouse for our membership meeting. Be sure to greet our newly elected leadership. Members and guests are welcome.
COVID: While our meeting facility is large, we ask that if you have not been fully inoculated for Covid that you bring and wear a face-mask for the courtesy of others.
Our January meeting is special because we announce new programs and plans for the coming year. The normal order of the meeting is as follows:
- Welcome
- Fly-Swap Deposit
- Minutes from the Last meeting are read by our secretary
- Treasurer’s report
- Old business discussed.
- Summary of Last Year’s Events, education & conservation efforts
- What’s on the burner for this year? What plans do we have for the new year?
- New Business
- Fly Swap Retrieval
- $5 raffle
- Speaker or Entertainment portion of meeting.
Bring your friends to a meeting. Perhaps your friends or neighbors would like to learn how to cast a fly rod or learn where they can volunteer to make a difference to the Housatonic Watershed. They can find out at our meetings!
