Details

Join us on Saturday, October 10th to help restore a healthy riparian buffer along the Norwalk River in Wilton!

We'll be cutting vines and removing non-native species like multi-flora rose and bittersweet along the Norwalk River at Schenck's Island Park in order to prepare for a Chapter Tree Planting Project taking place on October 24!

No experience required - we've got all the tools and equipment you need! Meet us in the parking lot at Schenck's Island at 10 am and we'll get started from there.

This project will help protect biodiversity and restore important habitat along the Norwalk River.
