Spend an afternoon enjoying the crisp fall air, try out fly casting on the pond or river and learn about the work we are doing with partners to take out dams and restore habitat on the Norwalk River, Comstock Brook and other area rivers.
Norwalk River Fest 23 is part community festival, part fishing day, part environmental education event and part film festival. We'll have fly rods set up to teach casting, a walking tour to see the dam that is being planned for removal and other activities.
Family-friendly and open to all who care about cold, clean rivers and streams, you'll enjoy a great afternoon along the Norwalk River with friends and fellow conservationists.
