Thanks to our friends at Point Break Tacos, the famous Norwalk River Duck Race is back!

Join us for this fun, family-friendly event to celebrate all we've done to restore the Norwalk River and support our future wor.

Rubber ducks will simultaneously be launched over the bridge (across from Stop & Shop) at 11:30am sharp and race through the Norwalk River. They will hit some bumpy currents along the way, encounter some real ducks and wildlife but easily cruise to the finish line at a marked spot! The race will take approximately 15-20 mins and you will be able to follow along from either the street sidewalk, island side or wait at the marked finish line.

Nets will be in place to catch the racing ducks and volunteers will be on hand to determine the winner —— who will get a Fun Prize!

This will be a simple but fun family event to support the preservation of Schenck’s Island! $20/duck. 100% of all profits go to Trout Unlimited and supporting the Norwalk River.
