Join us at 69 Steakhouse for our monthly chapter gathering! This month, our guest speaker, Prof. Emily Baker, from Hamilton College, will present very interesting data on the changes our local waters experience throughout the summer, based on the results of the 16 continuous temperature monitoring sites on five area streams, the Oriskany, Sauquoit, Sconondoa, and WB Fish Creek.
In addition, the results of our chapter volunteers' monthly river surveys of 12 area stream reaches including temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, flow and macroinvertebrates will also be presented and compared to 2025 results.
Meetings are free and open to all whether you're a member or not! - Bring friends, colleagues, and family members.
Come early for a delicious bite to eat, refreshments, networking and fishing advice. Meeting starts at 6:30. Presentations follow brief remarks and updates from the chapter.
These events are a great opportunity to meet fellow anglers and conservationists, as well as learning about local fishing opportunities and projects we're working on!
