Join the Mianus Chapter on Sunday, July 16th to help restore trout habitat on the Mianus River!
We'll be constructing a conifer revetment to help reverse the harmful effects of erosion! Each year, volunteers from the Mianus Chapter collect old Christmas Trees for use in summer habitat projects. These trees slow down the current and capture sediment and debris - slowly turning into new stream bank over time.
Meet us at 10 am at the Red Barn off Merriebrook Lane! We'll have all the tools and equipment we need.
