Hope you'll attend our chapter meeting virtually on Thursday January 6th starting at 7:00 P.M.

Ben Wilcox from Jericho, VT, a member of the USA Fly Fishing Team and he'll tell his fly  fishing story about how he made the US Fly Fishing Team followed by an overview of what is competitive fly fishing.  Then we'll learn the tips and tricks he has gleaned from competition and from fishing places throughout the US that we all can apply when we are on the water!

2022 is lining up, within the reasons of COVID, as a unique year!  We hope to bring back our fly tying class in February.  The middle of February is the return of the MDTU Fly Fishing Film Night at Sugarbush.  In late March or early April is our 1st "Iron Fly" fly tying night.  Come May MDTU is launching our inaugual Introduction to Fly Fishing for Women,  June brings back The Vermont Trout Camp for Teens, we expect to host a couple of summer fishing outings as well.  The September comes along with an MDTU Fund raiser and The Fourth Annual 2 Fly Fishing Tournament!

We also hope to initate some meaningful conservation projects as well!
